Our fully trained Chef, Nathan Cortilla, prepares all his dishes to order using only fresh ingredients from local suppliers.
The majority of our vegetables come from nearby farm shops and we also use home grown produce brought in by some of the regulars.
Meat and Game come from a local butcher that's been established in the area for over 60 years and,in season, we also get Game from local shoots.
 
Fish is delivered fresh, daily from Cornwall, our eggs come from free range chickens that are just up the hill and our organic bread is baked locally as well.
You're guaranteed a tasty home cooked meal, whether it's a light lunch or evening dinner, using only fresh local ingredients.
We also cater for vegetarians and anyone with special dietary needs and we always carry a good selection of fine wines to compliment any meal.
